NuPro AS-250 stereo Aux -> one side not working

Hi all,

I am using an AS-250 for al long time, optical signal from TV, and Aux signal from a Chromecast Audio to listen to radio stations (3.5mm jack to 2x RCA 'tulip'). Always working perfectly, including the Auto on/off function.

Last week, we moved the AS-250 to a different location (another house). Since then it does not work properly anymore

First, I noticed that the auto on/off does not work anymore for the AUX signal, radio swithes off after 15minutes. For optical (tv) it works fine.
Then, I noticed that when using the AUX input to listen to the radio, only the right side of the AS-250 makes the sound. Left side remains silent. I have changed the cable to a new one, no effect. When exchanging the L or R RCA plugs in the L or R inputs at the back of the AS-250, still only the right side makes sound.
In settings menu, when I try to change the balance all the way to Left, music goes silent, set it all the way to Right, only music on the right side.

Optical input still works perfect, both left and right side of the AS-250.

So, it seems to me that physically the connection behind the Left RCA input at the back of the AS-250 is broken, or might there be another explanation?
Is there a way to check it, or to fix it?
Just open up the back panel or another way?

Danke, I have called and was very nicely helped.
3 options:
1) Send back for repairs, would cost ~200 EUR
2) Use ADC for the RCA signal and use the digital input of the Nubert for my music.
3) Open up the back panel to see if some soldering or connection got loose during the moving of the equipment.

For now I will first check 3, then if I can't fix it easily, buy an ADC and not use the AUX input anymore.
Any tips for opening up, what to look for?

I would just open up the back panel with the electronic and inputs. After taking it out and checking the left RCA connection you should immediately see if there is a loose connection.
